WORKSPACE HELP
One business case.
Three connected views.
Enter your business information once to build a financial forecast, screen funding programs and review financing preparation in the same workspace. The first 20 users each receive one successfully saved comprehensive report free. Later reports cost 2 × confirmed external AI model usage. Check your account for availability and review the displayed terms before generation. Protected-preview calculations are separate from the introductory allowance.

1. Prepare a consistent set of figures
Use one monthly period and USD throughout. Have monthly sales, variable costs, fixed costs, opening cash and existing debt payments ready. Add payroll separately only when it is not already included in operating costs. Use the same date for opening cash, receivables and payables.
Identify whether the figures are actual records or planning estimates, the source of those figures and whether revenue means sales or money collected. A bank deposit total is not necessarily sales. Do not apply a collection delay to receipts that already reflect that delay. Do not mark an assumption as reviewed until you have checked it.
For funding research, supply the business location, industry, employee and affiliate counts, intended use of funds, project costs and the specific eligibility declarations you can support. Leave an answer unknown when you do not know it. A missing answer is different from a confirmed zero or a confirmed “No”.
Enter figures for the business you want to analyze. Keep information marked as unknown until you can confirm it. Do not enter bank account numbers, card information, passwords, personal identifiers or confidential free text.
2. Read the three views together
Choose Analyze my business after completing the required fields. Correct any highlighted input error before relying on a result. Use Edit information to change the same business case and recalculate it.
- Financial forecast: compare cash, operating profit, break-even and funding gaps across Base, Downside and Upside. Include funding plan adds the proposed loan and project assumptions; the baseline excludes them. A scenario is a stress test, not a probability.
- Funding project matching: inspect the program type, current screen status, unknown conditions, official evidence and application route. Loan repayment and reimbursement timing affect the financing strategy. A published funding ceiling is not added to forecast cash.
- Business feasibility and financing strategy: review preparation checks, repayment pressure, project value, risks and actions. The preparation index is a checklist, not a credit score, probability of approval or assessment of market demand.
Changing an input can change all three views. Compare reports only when their scenario, funding-plan selection, data date and assumptions are the same. A minimum cash figure may refer to month zero, the opening balance; “12+” runway only covers the twelve-month modeled horizon.
See the calculation methodology for timing, coverage and rounding details.
3. Understand the funding screen
| Status | What to do next |
|---|---|
| Potential fit · verify with agency | The implemented checks are met by your declarations. Confirm current eligibility, remaining funds and application acceptance with the agency or lender. |
| More information needed | Review the unknown conditions and gather the listed evidence. Do not turn an unknown answer into “Yes” just to obtain a match. |
| Official-source review required | Review the source and date before using the program in a funding plan. Source retrieval alone does not verify every rule. |
| Not accepting applications / between windows | Check the official next opening and deadline. A real program may have no current application window. |
| This screen is not met | A declared fact does not meet a modeled condition. Review whether the input is correct; the agency makes its own determination. |
The catalog includes selected Pennsylvania and California resources and applicable federal programs. It does not cover every city, county or funding source. Other-state references may appear when you choose to show screens not met; they are not positive matches for your location.
Open Evidence, conditions & preparation on a program card to see the rule checks, source review date and documents to prepare. Use its official application link or partner route. This platform does not submit an application or obtain an award for you.
Additional California opportunity research searches a bounded set of official portal listings and returns leads. Pennsylvania research provides the reviewed catalog and the official directory. Search results are not eligibility decisions, and an empty result does not prove that no support exists.
Check the benefit type carefully. Loans require repayment under their terms; tax credits are not an upfront cash grant; reimbursements may require eligible spending, approval and proof before payment. Do not treat an unapproved benefit as available cash.
4. Save and check your report
Use View my report for the unified report. Print / Save PDF opens the browser print dialog; select its PDF destination and review the print preview. CSV exports the selected financial view. Full report JSON includes the structured calculations, inputs, funding assessment and financing strategy.
The PDF reflects the displayed funding filters. Clear a program search or category filter if you want the broader displayed list before printing. Verify the business label, opening cash, month-twelve cash, scenario and funding-plan selection in the file you saved.
Preview drafts are not automatically saved to an account. Download the files you need before leaving or refreshing. Keep exported files privately; they can contain your business figures. A saved PDF, CSV or JSON is a snapshot and does not update when inputs or program rules change. There is no file-import or restore-draft function in this workspace.
5. Resolve common problems
The forecast looks wrong or does not match another report
First compare the inputs, monthly period, scenario and funding-plan selection. Check duplicate payroll, existing debt, collection/payment delays, opening balances and tax assumptions. Expand the monthly cash-flow table to locate the first difference. If the discrepancy remains, stop relying on that result and report the calculation issue with a fictional example or redacted details.
No program is shown, or every program needs more information
Clear the search text, select All funding types and check the state and missing business declarations. Review the official directory as well. An incomplete profile, a closed window or this catalog’s limited coverage can explain the result. It is not a statement that the business is ineligible for every public program.
AI, account services or payments are unavailable
Report generation requires an enabled account and available free allowance or paid service. If a request is pending, check its saved status before trying again. Do not enter API keys, hosting tokens or other credentials into business fields. Read the on-screen availability message and service and pricing conditions.
An optional report or payment did not finish
When account services are enabled, use Saved reports to look up the existing request reference before starting another request or payment. A pending or uncertain status needs review; do not assume a timeout means the request failed. Opening a saved report does not call the models or add another report fee.
I cannot open a file or use a control
For a PDF, use a PDF reader; for CSV, use a spreadsheet application; JSON is the structured report record. If a control cannot be reached or read, contact support with the page, browser and device, and the control that blocked you. You can describe the problem without sending sensitive business information.
